Patient Care Technician

DaVita is seeking a compassionate and empathetic Patient Care Technician to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to our patients suffering from end-stage renal disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Patient Care: Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
- Technician Duties: Monitor patients' vital signs, set up hemodialysis machines, and educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership, to provide holistic care to our patients.
