At Carrington College, we're dedicated to helping students achieve their professional goals through education. As a Career Guidance Specialist at our Portland Campus, you'll play a vital role in supporting prospective students in their academic journey.
We're looking for someone with a passion for encouraging individuals to realize their potential and pursue a career that aligns with their skills and interests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and support to applicants throughout the enrollment process, ensuring they receive the best possible fit for their educational needs.
A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with applicants, understanding their strengths and aspirations, and matching them with suitable Carrington College career education programs. By doing so, you'll be instrumental in helping students unlock their full potential and embark on a path towards professional success.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you'll also have the opportunity to work closely with our Director of Enrollment Services, campus, and regional leadership teams to ensure seamless support and supervision throughout the enrollment process.
As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including flexible schedules, competitive pay (estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum), a variety of benefits for full-time and part-time colleagues, leadership opportunities, and professional development.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
