Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team as a Perioperative Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient patient flow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in Massachusetts.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of medical/surgical Nursing experience is preferred; OR nursing experience required.
Skill Set: Demonstrates leadership activities; able to work under stressful situations; and possesses well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
