Job Summary:
As a Sales Lead at Chico's, you will be responsible for promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations. You will drive for results, establish clear expectations, and hold store team and yourself accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive for Results: Establishes clear expectations and holds store team accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.
• Build High Performing Teams: Motivates and inspires store team, promoting a shared vision while modeling core values.
• Customer Experience: Models sales expectations, recommends merchandise selections, and builds and maintains a solid customer following.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:
• Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
• Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
• Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
