Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Nashville, TN. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office functions, including data entry, scheduling, customer service, and ordering equipment. They will also work on billing and invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and record-keeping
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Customer service and communication
  • Ordering equipment and supplies
  • Billing and invoicing

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
