Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role, as the coach will work closely with colleagues, parents, and students to ensure a positive and productive experience for all involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive coaching plans that align with the school's mission and goals.
• Provide individualized attention and mentorship to student-athletes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and academic development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and community members to foster a culture of support and collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in baseball coaching and adhere to all relevant rules and regulations.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a strong background in baseball coaching, preferably at the high school level. A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, sports management) is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
