Project Management Specialist

Innovar Group is seeking a skilled Project Manager to drive project success while maintaining focus on key performance indicators (KPIs). This part-time, 20 hours per week position is located in Denver, CO and offers an hourly pay of $55-60, W2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Track and report on KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide regular updates.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Coordinate resources and ensure team members are aligned with project goals.
- Facilitate meetings and provide clear communication across all levels of the organization.
- Document and maintain project processes, lessons learned, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a part-time or flexible schedule capacity.
- Strong ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Experience tracking KPIs and presenting progress to stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
