The Role

We're seeking an experienced Business Operations Strategist with a strong 'get things done' mentality to join our team. As a key player in our Strategy and Operations team, you'll collaborate closely with our leadership team and cross-functional owners to drive efficient business operations and strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing our strategy, planning, and OKR framework process to guide the organization's priorities
  • Supporting business leaders in solving gaps and evaluating tradeoffs between corporate opportunities
  • Leading end-to-end projects (scope, manage, and execute) and creating executive-ready communications for select priority initiatives
  • Deriving insights from data research and making strategic recommendations
  • Creating frameworks, routines, and cadences to drive transparency and progress
What You Bring to the Table
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, executive roles, or business operations/strategy teams in high-growth environments
  • MBA or Master's degree in technical, quantitative, or business fields, or equivalent practical experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision
  • Experience in highly cross-functional roles and navigating complex organizational dynamics
  • Natural analytical mindset with ability to break down complex issues and communicate effectively
