About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Foreclosure Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in handling complex foreclosure cases, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring that our clients' interests are protected.

Job Details

As a Senior Foreclosure Attorney, you will handle all aspects of foreclosure proceedings, from initial filing to final resolution. You will conduct thorough title reviews, prepare comprehensive reports, draft and review real estate purchase agreements, provide expert legal advice on private lending and deal structuring, represent clients in court, collaborate with other team members, and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in foreclosure law.

Requirements

  • A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in foreclosure law, with a strong track record of successfully managing complex cases
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate closing procedures, loan processes, and title review
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements
  • Expertise in private lending and deal structuring, with the ability to provide clear, practical advice to clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in court
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal information and develop effective strategies
