This management position's pay rate begins at $18 to $22 an hour based on experience. KARM Stores management must be 18 or older.

Job Details

  1. Ability to produce quick and accurate work in a fast-paced environment, successfully staying above company average of pieces produced per hour.
  2. Motivate and encourage the processing team to adhere to daily and weekly production goals.
  3. Responsible for the training of new employees to ensure they have all essential training needed to be successful in their position.
  4. Must be able to appropriately set daily goals and plan their day according to projections/targets.
  5. Complete with accuracy and a high level of organization all administrative needs of the store including schedules, coaching documentation, performance logs, and any other necessary documentation required for the operation of the department.
  6. Communicate regularly with the Director of Operations to ensure all store issues, praises, employee relations, etc. are addressed.
  7. Lead and equip the team by living out KARM Stores' Mission to Reveal, Tell & Provide, as well as carrying out its Core Values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable.

Skills & Requirements

  1. Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting.
  2. Must have a commitment to KARM Stores' mission and mission statement.
  3. Computer skills, including general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
  4. Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form.
  5. Must become proficient in production to meet established goals.
  6. Stand – up to 100% of a standard workday.
  7. Lifting and Bending – up to 75% of a standard workday.
  8. Moderate to heavy physical activity. This position may require frequent strenuous activity. The ability to lift at least 50 pounds is essential for job performance.
