Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Implement treatments using industry-leading equipment and techniques, prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments, customer interactions, and sales activities, adhering to company standards.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry advancements and company policies.

Requirements

  • HSD or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, navigate uneven terrain, and work in varying environmental conditions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Benefits

  • $55,000 - $70,000 annual salary based on experience.
  • Competitive commission structure and bonuses.
