About the Role:
  • Identify and secure new property listings through effective communication and market analysis.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless service delivery throughout the selling process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate suggested asking prices and key selling points effectively to ensure sellers understand the optimal price for their home.
  • Coordinate and supervise open houses, as well as manage all home inspections and showings.
  • Offer weekly feedback to clients on their property listings to boost engagement and improve customer service ratings.
  • Promptly respond to all leads and potential homebuyers to establish a robust client base.
  • Efficiently follow up with leads and execute database campaigns with effectiveness.
  • Precisely schedule listing appointments and conduct them in a professional manner.
  • Successfully close listings and master sales scripts to enhance communication efforts.

Salary and Benefits:
