Inventory Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Manager to join our team at GXO Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory control process, ensuring accurate and efficient management of our inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the inventory control team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze inventory trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and implement effective inventory control processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- 4+ years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in inventory management, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
