Industrial Maintenance Director

The company is currently looking for a qualified maintenance manager to oversee equipment modifications, preventative, and corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and plan work orders for equipment modifications and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare and coordinate maintenance resources and provide recommendations for capital and continuous improvement projects.
• Review equipment operations to identify maintenance issues and areas for improvement.
• Track and analyze maintenance KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Engage employees in problem resolution using Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Foster a positive working environment and drive the maintenance team to meet productivity targets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with governmental agencies.
• Monitor and review the maintenance budget.
• Assist in the recruitment process of maintenance personnel.
• Ensure maintenance employees receive proper training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management.
• 5-7 years of experience in industrial automation, PLCs, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Management experience in operations, maintenance, engineering, and/or process improvement roles.
• Previous experience working in a Lean environment.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification a plus.

Compensation Details:

$35-$40 per hour
