Our team at Innovative Renal Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our ranks. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide exceptional patient care, improving the quality of life for every patient
• Collaborate with patients and their families to build strong relationships and trust
• Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest renal care practices and technologies

**Requirements:**

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required
