Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health and well-being. This includes:

  • Performing dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more, with precision and care
  • Collaborating with other dental professionals, including General Dentists, Specialists, and support staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment
  • Continuing your growth as a dental professional by participating in continuing education opportunities
  • Adhering to all industry regulations, safety protocols, and ethical standards
  • Providing excellent patient care and fostering positive patient experiences, leading to increased patient referrals and satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A DDS/DMD from an accredited University
  • A valid dental license in the state of Indiana or eligible for reciprocity
  • Strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dental care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues effectively
