About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Part-Time Therapist to join our team at Talkspace Inc. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote therapy sessions to clients via HIPAA-compliant messaging-based and video-based therapy
  • Engage with and respond to clients in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Complete all required documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Current license to practice independently without supervision in the state of Oregon
  • Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy (or willingness to purchase)
  • Comfortable learning new online tools and technology
  • Reliable internet connection
