The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and analysis of avionics systems, including hardware and software components. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and analysis of avionics systems, including hardware and software components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners
  • Drive first-time quality through extensive application of Model-based Engineering (MBE), virtual verification and validation (V&V), and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
  • Lead activities in support of Supplier Management with make/buy recommendations and other technical services
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in avionics design and analysis, including hardware and software components
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
