Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Baptist Health System in San Antonio, Texas.
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced labor and delivery setting. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for mothers and newborns.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to emergencies as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions of care
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current RN license in the state of Texas
- 2+ years of experience in labor and delivery or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
