Salary

The hourly pay range for this position is $45-$60 per hour, depending on the location and your level of experience.

We understand that everyone's financial situation is different, so we offer flexible payment options, including weekly or daily pay.

Job Description

As a Freelance RN, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in post-acute facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Developing care plans and best options with medical staff and residents
  • Administering appropriate treatments and medications to residents
  • Ensuring proper staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
  • Working with residents and family members regarding best care options
  • Supervising and training of nursing and other staff, as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Graduation from an approved nursing program
  • A valid RN license in good standing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
