Financial Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Coordinator to join our team at Volunteers of America-Greater New York. As a key member of our administrative support staff, you will be responsible for maintaining local accounts, overseeing rent collection systems, and preparing monthly reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and expertise in databases. High school diploma required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process encumbrance and expenditure information.
  • Prepare and submit billings.
  • Process rent letters, collections and arrears reports on computerized tracking system.
  • Maintain master inventory.
