Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floor Tech to join our cleanliness team at JGS Lifecare. As a Floor Tech, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facility. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our residents, staff, and visitors enjoy a clean and safe environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness of designated areas, including hallways, patient rooms, and common spaces.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our cleanliness goals.

Your Ideal Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in operating cleaning equipment and knowledge of sanitation practices.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with floor care products and techniques is a plus.
