Job Description

We are seeking a full-time administrative assistant to work closely with our office staff, production team, and sales department. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate daily with internal and external customers
  • Provide customer service and answer incoming calls
  • Manage job work orders and maintain accurate records
  • Perform data entry and accounting tasks
  • Cross-train in scheduling, payroll, and billing
  • Facilitate communication within the office via email and reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with construction scheduling is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, vacation time, and paid holidays.
