Job Overview

Jackson Walker, Texas' largest law firm, is seeking a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to support the Trust & Estates Practice Group in our Austin office.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys focusing on trust and estate planning, including calendar management, document preparation, and communication with clients.
  • Assist with timesheet entry, billing review, and submission; manage hard copy documents and electronic files.
  • Distribute correspondence and legal documents, perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience; prior law firm experience preferred.
Working Conditions

Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise and temperature.
