LVN Charge Nurse Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LVN Charge Nurse to join our team at Coastal Palms Nursing & Rehabilitation.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work as an LVN Charge Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of Licensed Vocational Nurses in providing high-quality patient care
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • A current and valid Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State
  • Experience in long-term care or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
