Early Childhood Educator

• Lead a team of preschool teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of children
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality educational programs
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress
• Maintain accurate records of children's development and progress

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with young children in a preschool setting
• EEC Certification and CDA credential preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• $23-$27 hourly pay rate
