Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and interact with all customers, setting clear expectations.
• Fitting glasses and precisely placing prescriptions in lenses.
• Serving as a leader in optical acumen.
• Taking measurements, adjusting/fitting eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs.
• Assisting colleagues with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Accurately using technology despite time pressure and customer volume, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and tool usage.
• Being proactive, exploring root causes of issues, forward thinking, ensuring customer satisfaction, and exceeding expectations.
• Multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time with competing priorities.
• Achieving exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies.
• Taking pride in store appearance, maintaining cleanliness, attractiveness, and organization.
• Reporting safety opportunities and practicing safe work habits.
