Plexos Group is a leading disaster recovery management company that employs experienced professionals in the field. As a Structural Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the physical integrity and safety of structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure structures to withstand various stresses and pressures.
  • Conduct detailed calculations and analysis for loads, pressures, and stresses.
  • Prepare and oversee the production of drawings, reports, design criteria, and estimates.
  • Inspect construction work and provide technical advice to ensure structurally sound deliverables.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to develop proposals.
  • Ensure the structural integrity of entire systems, including buildings, bridges, pipelines, and industrial features.
  • Understand both static and dynamic loading for vertical and lateral resistance.
  • Design individual structural elements such as beams and columns.
  • Work with various construction materials including concrete, steel, wood, masonry, alloys, and composites.
  • Ensure compliance with construction processes and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • 5+ years of industrial structural engineering experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Experience with steel and concrete industrial projects.
  • Familiarity with rotating and vibration analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
