About the Role:
This position involves providing exceptional care to clients across various clinics in the Branson area. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate documentation, efficient lab coordination, and effective medication management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Check-In: Utilize virtual, in-person, and telephonic platforms to check in clients efficiently.
  • Lab Coordination: Obtain labs as ordered by providers, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Collaborative Care: Complete screeners with clients to determine the most appropriate course of care in collaboration with the provider.
  • Delegated Tasks: Assist nursing teams by handling delegated tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Resource Person: Act as a valuable resource for nursing and medical issues within the clinic.
  • Infectious Disease Control: Oversee infectious disease control measures, ensuring client hygiene and facility health.
  • Nursing Assessments: Perform all necessary nursing assessments according to service line requirements, demonstrating high clinical competence.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications through various methods (oral, injections, etc.) as required, adhering to service line protocols.

Requirements:
  • Nursing degree from an accredited school.
  • Current RN or LPN nursing license from the State of Missouri.
  • Current certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/First Aid and Medication Aid trainer.
  • Prior experience in adult and youth psychiatric nursing is preferred.
