About the Role

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team on a weekend schedule. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our radiology department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adjust and control complex electronic equipment to apply ionizing radiation for radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
  • Position patients prior to procedures to ensure their safety and obtain desired reports for diagnostic purposes.
  • Calculate and select appropriate equipment and technical factors for radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
  • Follow radiation protection procedures and maintain working condition of all equipment.
  • Assist in maintaining sanitary conditions of radiology structures and provide education to hospital staff on radiology techniques and procedures.
Requirements
  • Completion of Radiologic Technology program from an approved school.
  • Registered Radiographer (R) certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Current Radiology state license.
  • BLS - Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
