About the Role

Midwest Tech Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Field Sales Representative in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry. This is a commission-based sales position with a base salary, entertainment allowance, and health insurance benefits.

We are looking for a sales executive who can build relationships, develop business strategies, and drive revenue growth in the Midwest territory. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business, marketing)
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

  • Base salary: $80,000 per year
  • Commission-based sales performance
  • Entertainment allowance: $5,000 per year
