Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sushi Prep/Line Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and providing fresh, tasty, and quality food to our guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing ingredients and cooking food to order
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Working effectively as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service
  • Knowledgeable about food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
