The Design & Consulting Team serves a diverse set of markets including food and beverage, consumer products, civil infrastructure, and Federal Government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of design, ensuring compliance with project criteria and corporate standards.
  • Serve as the primary client interface, managing criteria acquisition and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Oversee and prioritize responses to RFIs, submittals, and field issues during construction support.
  • Manage design scope changes, schedule impacts, and financial performance, ensuring all changes are documented.
  • Develop design budgets, monitor financials, and ensure invoicing aligns with contract terms.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture.
  • Professional registration or eligibility preferred; PMP certification desired but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and design document production software.
