Job Summary:

MV Transportation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to perform a variety of clerical duties, including reconciling drivers' manifests and accurate entry of data in Trapeze software. The ideal candidate will have basic Excel skills, excellent ten-key skills, and be attentive to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile drivers' manifests and accurately enter data in Trapeze software.
  • Take reservations and provide information to customers.
  • Assist with the application process and prepare eligibility letters.
  • Prepare pre-paid tickets and assist the Accounting Manager with assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent ten-key skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent attendance.
  • Transit experience a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
