Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team of experienced manufacturing professionals. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating multi-axis machines, developing strategies for complex turning and milling parts, and programming serial parts in Solid-CAM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Setup and Operation
    • Set up and equip multi-axis machines for production runs
    • Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance
  • Part Development and Programming
    • Develop strategies for complex turning and milling parts
    • Program serial parts in Solid-CAM
  • Production Monitoring and Quality Assurance
    • Monitor the production process to ensure quality and efficiency
    • Conduct quality assurance and testing of manufactured workpieces

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Successfully completed vocational training as a machining mechanic or comparable qualification
    • Several years of professional experience on machining centers with two spindles
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Very good 3D spatial perception and creativity for process development
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
