Job Description\

This part-time Receptionist/Office Assistant position is ideal for an individual with excellent customer service skills, seeking a great career opportunity with a dynamic team. You will be responsible for receiving calls into the dealership, directing customers to their destination, and assisting managers with various clerical duties as needed.

Main Responsibilities\
  • Operate switchboard telephone system, answer phones and direct customers to the appropriate department\
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, minimizing hold times\
  • Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate department for resolution\
  • Process customer payments, make correct change and issue receipts\
  • Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed

Requirements\
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus\
  • Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays\
  • Ability to effectively communicate customer interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel\
  • Professional appearance
