As a Nurse Practitioner with our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring personalized treatment and collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough examinations to diagnose and manage chronic illnesses and minor injuries.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records and provide referrals when necessary.
- Active state Nurse Practitioners license
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
- Active state DEA licensure
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
