Accounts Receivable Financial Coordinator

Creative Financial Staffing is a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities. We're searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our team in managing monthly billing, claims processing, and payment applications.
About the RoleThis hybrid position requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in Medicaid billing and proficiency in Microsoft D365 or similar ERP platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire claims process, applying payments upon receipt, and updating records in MS D365.
Key Responsibilities- Monthly Billing: Pull accurate information to submit monthly invoices, ensuring all necessary claims are sent for processing.
- Claims Management & Payment Application: Manage the entire claims process, apply payments upon receipt, and update records in MS D365.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve any over or underpayments, working closely with payers to reconcile accounts.

$42,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
