Sales Development Representative

Job DescriptionThis is an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate or junior professional to join a dynamic organization that values inclusivity and loyalty. The successful candidate will spend approximately 1-1.5 hours daily engaging with customers, following up on previous and current accounts, and bidding on projects. The role involves estimating customized orders, account management, and closing sales, making it an ideal fit for an engaging conversationalist with strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Learn bolt specifications, estimating procedures, and salesmanship skills
- Contribute to the growth of the sales team
- 4-year college degree preferred
- 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Energetic, outgoing, and able to think on your feet
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- $55k base salary + commissions
