Job Title: DSP- House Manager

Meaningful Life Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a skilled DSP- House Manager to join our team. As a DSP- House Manager, you will be responsible for the daily in-home operations and DSP staff serving our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise group home care staff to ensure assigned duties are completed each day.
  • Oversee member funds and Group Home Funds to ensure accurate management.
  • Coordinate New Employee Orientation for their group home to familiarize new employee(s) on member(s) in the home.
  • Act as liaison to all agencies involved in services for members, including DDD, Day Programs, Doctors, etc.
  • Ensure Maintenance Requests are turned in to the Operations Director to ensure speedy Maintenance fixes.
  • Maintain contact with Member(s) families and guardians as requested.
  • Attend weekly management meetings with Operations Director and Human Resources Director to provide updates on homes.
  • Responsible for the management and updating of Member(s) medications, including maintaining supply, supervising books, and passing of medications, documentation, and training staff on medications provided.
  • Participate in trainings and maintains required certifications at all times.
  • Complete End of Month and ensure all paperwork was properly completed.
  • Ensure all DDD and MLBH policies are being always followed.
  • Assists HR with call offs and is required to be on call if no other coverage can be found and is needed.
  • Must attend all member(s) appointments to ensure MLBH is following proper care for member(s) needs.
  • Assists Operations Director with member behaviors as needed.
  • Provides performance reviews to HR upon requests of all staff in their homes.
  • Must ensure all logs and books are being completed each shift as needed by MLBH.
  • Submits all supplies and groceries orders to the Office Manager.
  • Assists HR with disciplinary actions in the home as needed.
  • Keeps track of scheduling for the homes to know who is working when as needed for urgent matters.
  • Submits vehicle Maintenance requests to the Transportation Director as needed for their home's vehicle.
  • Create documents and member books as needed by the company.
  • Responsible to attend all 90-day meetings, and any other meetings pertaining to members as needed by the company.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of DDD or Group Home Experience.
  • 1+ year of Management Experience.
  • Preferred: High School Diploma/ GED.
  • Unrestricted Driver's License.
  • CPR/ First Aid.
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Article 9 Prevention and Support.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
