In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency and non-emergency medical care and transportation to those in need, adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional patient care by utilizing diagnostic tools based on assessment.
  • Administer proper treatment modalities based on internal and external protocols.
  • Establish strong relationships with patients, their families, and the healthcare community.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA privacy laws when handling sensitive information.
  • Effectively communicate to ensure smooth operation and quality care.
  • Provide accurate and complete trip documentation, both clinically and demographically.
  • Perform regular station and squad maintenance, prioritizing safety.
  • Participate in the 'pit stop' process to ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are present and functional.
  • Obtain and maintain all required licensures and training as per the State of Wisconsin's regulations.
  • Demonstrate safe vehicle operation, exhibiting knowledge of proper driving procedures and response tactics.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A current/valid State of Wisconsin EMT-B license.
  • A current/valid American Heart Association CPR card or similar certification.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • An NREMT license is desirable but not mandatory.
Additional Requirements:
  • High level of professionalism at all times.
  • Tact, patience, and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Able to function productively in individual and team environments, including potentially stressful situations.
  • Possess the ability to safely push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 125 pounds.
  • Meet fitness for duty requirements set forth by company policies, which may include a medical and physical evaluation.
Compensation Package:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and an extremely competitive yearly salary ranging from $56,784 to $81,173.
