We are seeking a School Social Worker for one of our partner schools in Illinois. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of K-6th grade students, support students with emotional disturbance and/or behavior concerns, and work alongside a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of K-6th grade students.
  • Support students in a Therapeutic Day School environment.
  • Work with parents/guardians, staff, and administration to support student needs.
  • Assess, identify, and provide clinical interventions to students with emotional, social, attendance, and/or behavioral concerns.
  • Consult with classroom teachers and provide resources on mental health and social/emotional issues.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in School Social Work (MSW) is required.
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement is required.
  • Dependable, flexible, and dedicated to supporting student social-emotional and educational needs.
