At Suburban Propane, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Paralegal Specialist to join our dynamic Legal Department. This role will be responsible for providing expert support in contract administration, compliance, and data privacy, as well as assisting with contract negotiations and client support.

This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week, with an estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience. As part of our team, you will work closely with various departments to ensure the Company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with legal team members to support internal clients;
  • Review, process, and assist in negotiating redlines to agreements;
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the Company's Contract Lifecycle Management Platform;
  • Support members of the legal team with compliance and special projects;
  • Perform research functions as required;
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of federal, state, and local laws;
  • Collaborate with departments to manage internal compliance efforts;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably with increasing responsibility;
  • Proficient in technology platforms and Microsoft Office Suite;
