Automotive Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Briggs Automotive Group. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to suit their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and understand their requirements for a new or used vehicle, providing personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing, to ensure customers make informed decisions.
- Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, showcasing the unique qualities of each vehicle.
- Negotiate sales prices, including trade-in value, financing, and any promotional offers, to ensure a fair and transparent transaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, driving business growth and success.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate ongoing relationships, fostering a loyal customer base.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new vehicle models, ensuring you are always knowledgeable and competitive in the market.
- Complete paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, ensuring safe and responsible vehicle demonstrations.
