Job Description

The Master Welder Specialist will be responsible for operating a variety of welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welders, to fabricate and repair truck bodies and other metal products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in welding and manufacturing, with a proven track record of producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Operating various types of welding equipment to fabricate and repair truck bodies and other metal products
  • Inspecting and testing welds to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborating with production team members to meet deadlines and achieve production goals
Requirements

To be successful as a Master Welder Specialist, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in welding and manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
Salary and Benefits
