Senior Nursing Leadership Role at Rutland Regional Medical Center

Rutland Regional Medical Center seeks an exceptional Clinical Supervisor Nursing to lead our nursing team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership and clinical expertise to coordinate and provide direct patient care.
Reporting to the Clinical Manager Nursing, you will be responsible for operationalizing the objectives, policies, and procedures of the Medical Center and Clinical Services for a specific shift. You will also assume accountability for monitoring all department activity, including patient flow, appropriate staffing, assignment of care, and staff development.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a graduate degree from an approved school of nursing. Preference will be given to candidates with two years of clinical experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
The successful candidate must be licensed in the State of Vermont and possess Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association. Additionally, unit-specific certifications such as ACLS, TNCC, PALS, and ENPC may be required based on the department's operational framework.
This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams. The annual salary range for this position is $71,000 - $114,000.
