Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Material Handlers Warehouse Forklift to join our team at Spelts-Schultz Countertop, a Division of Builders, Warehouse, Inc. This role is responsible for utilizing forklifts and other handling equipment to move stone slabs and fabricated countertops within the facility to assist with organization and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loads and unloads material to assist Jet Saw Operator, CNC Operators and other staff as needed to fulfill fabrication requirements.
  • Provide daily support to the Jet Saw Operator and CNC Operator to handle and move stone slabs for fabrication.
  • Assist in moving the fabricated countertop from production to storage until delivery is scheduled.
  • Assist the Inventory Control Specialist with moving and counting stone slabs and other material as needed.
  • Help load countertops for delivery installation.
  • Safely operates and inspects forklifts and other equipment in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Maintains housekeeping of the facility.

Requirements:

  • Prior forklift experience is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
