We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Specialist to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc.
Job SummaryThis is a permanent, direct hire position offering competitive compensation and full benefits package. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic laboratory environment with a range of responsibilities, including generalist, molecular, or specialty tech roles such as blood bank or microbiology.
Responsibilities:- Perform various clinical laboratory tests and procedures
- Analyze test results and report findings to medical staff
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
- Degree in Medical Technology or related field
- ASCP certification preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
