Job Summary: Boeing is seeking an Experienced F-15E General Mechanic Modification Technician to support the F-15 MUOS/Saturn Program at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (AFB) Goldsboro, North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, disassemble, and/or modify systems by changing, removing, replacing, or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes.
  • Oversee assembly, disassembly, or overhaul.
  • Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
  • Troubleshoot complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
  • Perform validation/verification testing of systems and components.
  • Document procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
  • Inspect components and verify repairs for flight worthiness requirements.
  • Oversee training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with any military aircraft maintenance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with retrofit or modification programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with F-15 or similar platform.
  • General Mechanic experience is desirable.

Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay: Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $55,250 - $74,750.
