Computed Tomography Radiographer

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Radiographer to join our team at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook on a per diem basis.

This position involves performing computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury according to protocols established by radiologists. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and positioning patients, selecting anatomic and technical parameters accurately, and following radiation safety procedures and guidelines.

• Prepare and position patients accurately for computed tomographic procedures.
• Select anatomic and technical parameters based on established protocols.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines to ensure patient safety.
• Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and results.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A graduate degree from a 2-year allied health program.
• Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Current certification as a BLS Provider from the American Heart Association (AHA).

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
